It is said a picture is worth a thousand words. Often a problem is solved most quickly when screenshot(s) are provided.
To include screenshots in our forum:

For Windows users, press Windows logo key
+ Shift + S to open the snipping bar, then drag the cursor over the area you want to capture. The area you snipped will be saved to your clipboard. (Optionally, you can annotate the image, by clicking on Snip saved to clipboard). -
For Mac users, press Ctrl-Command-Shift-4 to capture selection to clipboard

In the forum, Create new post or edit your post, paste (Ctrl-V) the image from the clipboard where you want it displayed. The image will be uploaded.
