Navigraph not fully opening

Continuing the discussion from Posting Guide - Uploading Screenshots:

I have been using Navigraph for a long time very successfully. Now, when I open Navigraph chart, the enunciator opens at the bottom of the screen. When I click on it I can see a mini screen just above, but it refuses to fully open. I have redownloaded a new version, but the same problem continues to exist. very weird!

Hi,
After the recent update of the Navigraph Hub app, I can’t even see the navigraph hub icon. Searching for it in the start menu also doesn’t bring up any results. I downloaded it again and reinstalled it. It opened but after closing it, again the same problem.
