Please be aware that Simlink continues to disconnect during flight and asks to sign in and once I try to sign in, says waiting for server and cannot authenticate. Do we know why? I am on Mac OS and did download the latest couple weeks ago. Anyone else have this issue. Let me know of any suggestions.

I did some flights and it seems to be working hopefully no more disconnections. I will report if any disconnections again.

I am on an M1 Mac Studio and continue to get the same Simlink Error after following your steps a long while ago. The Simlink will disconnect mid-flight and then the only way to log on and connect again is to reboot the computer. I hardly use Simlink now because of this. There is an issue which has not been addressed. Also, I still get error saying cannot detect XP11 while I am using XP 12. Any help you can provide regarding these two issues would be appreciated. Please let me know.

Yes. I have done these steps. Since when I was first asked. Am I the only one reporting this issue? Also, I can try to do the steps again but I think something is wrong. Why is it disconnecting mid-flight and then tog on you have to start all over again? Also, why does it also say cannot connect to XP11?

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.
- Make sure you install the updated Simlink application.
- Close running Flight Simulator and Simlink application.
- Please reinstall the Simlink Plugins by using the Simlink application.
- After reinstalling Simlink plugins, please close the Simlink application.
- Now start Flight Simulator and check whether Simlink is autorun with Simulator or not. If Simlink auto start then Simlink plugins install correctly.
- Check whether Simlink is disconnected or not.
- Done

I have always properly installed it and it connected automatically. The issue is on some flights during flight it disconnects and then I cannot log back in. Never had this issue in XP 11. Also, now I keep getting this message. See attached. How do I get rid of this? I am not on XP 11 but on XP 12?

This message shows that in XP11 there is an old version of the Simlink Plugin is installed.
So, I suggest cleanup the Simlink configuration by this.
After cleanup the Simlink Configuration, Please reinstall the Simlink Plugins and check again.

I do not hace XP 11 installed on my machine. Let me try what you suggested and get back to you. If we are able to clean old info, could this be a reason for the disconnections? Let me clean as you suggested and get back to you soon.

After clean-up, it will just reset the SImlink configuration including Simlink Plugins install information. So, when you install Simlink Plugins into XP 12 then it will install it correctly and with the latest version of plugins it will solve your issue.

I followed the instructions and installed a new copy of Navigraph and Simlink. the new folders were automatically created in the library folders. My Simlink version is 1.1.29.2405. I will now do long flight and will report if it disconnects at will. Please leave this thread open for now for me to report back in few days. One thing is I dowloaded the Simlink from the separate link on your website.
Wanted to report so far working well. Did a cross country flight and it did not disconnect. If any more issues, I will report. But for now working.
