SIM link not connecting

Hi,

Please review the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:

  1. Ensure that your system’s date and time, including the timezone, are set to automatically sync with the internet.
  2. If you are using the Firefox web browser, try setting another browser such as Google Chrome or Edge as your default web browser.
  3. If you still prefer to use Firefox, please check this link.
  4. If the issue persists, try cleaning up the Simlink configuration and check again.
