Hello,
Please follow the below steps to fix the issue,
- Clean-up the Simlink configuration by follow this steps.
- After Clean-up please reinstall the Simlink application.
- Make sure your macOS date time and location is set to auto.
- If you are using VPN or Proxy then please disable it.
- Please check your network router settings to allow the Simlink application to access the network or restart your network router.
- Done.
Please let us know if you still not able to SignIn in Simlink application.
