In the meantime, please go through the troubleshooting steps below and let us know if the issue still persists:
- Ensure that Proxy and VPN are disabled.
- Reinstall the Simlink plugins using the Simlink application. (Skip this step if using MSFS).
- Reset Simlink configuration by following these steps.
- Please send us the Simlink log files located at %appdata%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs.
