Please check the below steps to fix the issue.
- Please ensure that you install the Navigraph Charts and Simlink application, which is the latest one. Or you can download and install it from here.
- Check your system OS time is auto sync with the internet.
- If you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable it and check it again.
- Make sure the Navigraph application is not blocked by any security or antivirus application.
- For the Simlink application, please check this.
