Charts requires sign-in after sleep

Hi,

Please check the below steps to fix the issue.

  1. Please ensure that you install the Navigraph Charts and Simlink application, which is the latest one. Or you can download and install it from here.
  2. Check your system OS time is auto sync with the internet.
  3. If you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable it and check it again.
  4. Make sure the Navigraph application is not blocked by any security or antivirus application.
  5. For the Simlink application, please check this.
