Unable to sign into Simlink

Out of the blue, Simlink is not logging in anymore.

Attached screenshot of what I got.

I tried to uninstall as previously advised and followed the instructions but the same result.

Welcome.

I suggest you start afresh.

Please disable any Antivirus and Firewall.

In Simlink Plugin Settings uninstall Simlink plugin from your FS, then completely uninstall Simlink using Windows Programs and Features exactly as under .

If they exist delete directories
c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink and c:\Program Files\Navigraph\Simlink

Then download and install Simlink .

Please restart computer.

If still an issue please upload latest dlog from c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink\logs

simlink_2022-01-10.dlog (tried unistaling reinstalling after restarting turned firewall and anti viris off i just want it back i cant enjoy vatsim without good charts

Now I have the same issue with Simlik, I can´t Sign In. Please help. I have unistalled the plugin and the program in Windows 10 and re-installed many times with no luck.

What happens when you try to sign in ? Please post screenshots of any error reports using Guide to posting Screenshots. Try using Chrome as default browser as a test.

Hi,

From your issue posted details, It looks like some configuration issue of the Simlink.

I think resetting of Simlink configuration will fix your issue.
To reset the Simlink configuration please follow these steps.

Please let us know if the issue is fixed or not.

Hi,

It was issued with the Simlink configuration.

To fix just follow these troubleshooting points.

  1. If you install the Simlink on macOS .
  2. if you install the Simlink on Windows .

Please let us know if the issue is fixed or not.
