Unable to Login to Simlink

I am unable to login to Symlink. I get the Navigraph logo with the sign in button but when I login the box comes up with a green bar with “You have been signed out”. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please restart machine.

If no joy, I suggest you reinstall Simlink exactly as under:

Please disable any Antivirus and Firewall.

If you don’t have MSFS, in Simlink Plugin Settings uninstall Simlink plugin from your FS.

Then completely uninstall Simlink using Windows Programs and Features exactly as under .

If they exist delete directories
c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink and c:\Program Files\Navigraph\Simlink

Then download and install latest Simlink for Windows

Please restart machine.

Hi Ian, thanks for the prompt reply.
I should have given more information with my original post.
I have been using Navigraph/Simlink for about a year without any problems until about 1 week ago.
I am using X-Plane with the latest beta version, during that time I have always run Norton Anti-virus without any problems. When I get the message “You have been logged out” I try a few times to log back in. If I do manage to get back into Simlink it will only stay connected for about 15 minutes and the I get logged out again. If you need any further information I will be happy to supply it.

To fix the login issue, please make sure to check the following points:

  1. Ensure that your system time and location are synchronized with the Internet and set to auto detect mode.
  2. If you are using any VPN configuration or antivirus, please allow the Simlink app to access the network.
  3. If you still experience the issue, please follow the steps at this link to clean up the Simlink application configuration.

Hi Vishal, I reinstalled Simlink and allowed it to pass through the VPN. It all seems okay now. Thanks again for your help.
