Happening to me now. Tried all the different suggestions on various threads on here, to no avail. Seems strange that SimLink can’t login when anything else can…

Hi,
I’m running Windows 11 Pro 23H2, build 22631.4037. I’m using MSFS, but would have the same issue if I was using P3D v5 (which I also have installed).
I can’t get past this window:
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the Simlink folder in $AppData$ and checked my OS is synced to the correct time.
Here is my log:
simlink_2024-08-31.dlog (2.9 KB)
Appreciate the assistance.
Please try connecting your system to the internet via a hot link on your mobile phone.
Cheers
Ian
Sorry, I’m not going to be able to do that. My system is connected via LAN to my router and is not able to hot link to a mobile phone…
I am trying to eliminate your network connection as the cause.
Please try disconnecting any antivirus and firewall as a test.
You have been a user for a good while. What has changed on your system since you were able to log into Simlink?
Ian
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve been away for a week or so and had some Windows updates waiting for me when I got back, thats all I can think of that’s changed.
I don’t use any 3rd party anti-virus or firewall software and I’ve added SimLink to Windows Defender exceptions.
Hello,
Thank you for providing the Simlink log file.
Based on the log file, it seems that Simlink is unable to connect to our Navigraph server. To resolve this issue, please review the following points:
- Ensure that you have set the default web browser on your system (we recommend using Google Chrome).
- If you are using any VPN or proxy settings, please disable them.
- Check your network settings to see if anything is blocking access to the Navigraph servers.
- If the issue persists, please clean up the Simlink configuration by following the steps provided at this link.
Please let us know if you encounter any further issues.
Best Regards,
Vishal Ahir

Hi Vishal,
Chrome is my default browser.
I am not using a VPN or Proxy and when I try to access the URL in the log (https://identity.api.navigraph.com) , I get the below response. Not sure if this is as expected?
I can’t think of anything else that would be preventing me from accessing Navigraph servers. I’m not having issues with any other apps.
I’ve tried relaunching SimLink after following the cleanup steps a few times now, along with full re-installs. All to no avail…
Hi,
Have we any more ideas to troubleshoot this issue? I am still unable to login to SimLink.
Thanks.
Hi Vishal,
Thanks for your time today. Everything is back to working again. I restarted my router and that seems to have fixed it… Perhaps something to try if anyone else has this issue in future.
Thank you.
