Unable to sign into Simlink

And another one here. Having the same issue. I’ve tried the recommended solution but at this point I can only assume the issue is on Navigraph’s side.
Would be nice to get some feedback.

Hello,

Could you please provide us with more details about the issue you are currently facing?

  1. What is the name and version of your operating system?
  2. Is your OS language English or another language?
  3. Do you use Google Chrome as your default browser?
  4. Is your system’s date and time, including the time zone, set to auto-sync with the internet?
  5. Are you using any VPN or proxy settings? (If so, please disable them and try again).
  6. If you have any antivirus installed, please ensure that the Simlink application is allowed to access the internet.

Please provide the details as requested.

Best Regards,

  1. Windows 11
  2. English
  3. Firefox
  4. Time is set to auto-sync. Time zone as well.
  5. No VPN or Proxy
  6. Not installed.

It worked okay for a day or so. But now I’m constantly getting logged out by Simlink. Sometimes I can reconnect, sometimes I can’t.

Hi there,

If you’re using Firefox, please visit FAQ - Firefox may start an app when Simlink Starts to adjust the settings.

You could also try using the Google Chrome browser.

Let us know if you’re still experiencing issues.

I’ve seen that already. And I already tried other browsers, both Chrome and Edge.

Kept getting logged out again today. It took me a few tries to log back in at first. But now it’s failed so often that the website has blocked my login for now.

It’s honestly very frustrating.

Does manually syncing the clock help at all?

Even if time is set to auto-sync it apparently happens only once a week or so?

When I set up my Windows PC I was unable to login to Navigraph altogether until I manually did the sync (using the first procedure described, from the Settings Menu). Not sure if it’s a Windows-ism or a Navigraph-ism, it’s a bit annoying but whatever.

Regards,

Tim

Yeah, I manually synced the time as well, multiple times over the past few days. I doubt it’s that. I can’t log in right after syncing either.

And to add: My computer time is correct according to time.is

Yet the Simlink logs claim that’s the reason the login isn’t working. As you can see, it’s not on my end…

Hello,

any solution on this yet? I have the same issue a few weeks already. I wasnt bothered too much yet, but now I’d like to be able to use Simlink again…

I tried a fresh reinstall with reboot and removed all remaing folders as described in this thread.

I tried with and without VPN, I disabled my pihole and used cloudflare and google dns instead, nothing is working.

All I get is the state of the app as seen above, but no browser window is opening to request a sign in.

I tried to close all browser windows before opening the app, I tried to keep one or more browser windows open, but still no tab is opening to request a sign in…

Below are the errors i recieve in my latest *.dlog

Those entries repeat themselves along the logfile, there are no other errors.

  1. Windows 10 Build 19045.4717
  2. OS Language: German
  3. Chrome is default
  4. Time is correct and autosync
  5. Tried with and without VPN / no Proxy
  6. No Antivirus, except Windows Defender

Hi,

Thank you for the details of the issue,
From the logs, it looks like Simlink is getting blocked while accessing the Navigraph server.

Can you please check your network settings which can block the Simlink application from accessing the Navigraph server?

YOu can check this also.

Please feel free to inform us about this issue.

Got same issue. Been trying for last two weeks and i get same error that i can’t connect to the navigraph identity server. Tried all above.

Hello,

Please check your network or internet router settings, as these may be preventing the Simlink application from accessing the Navigraph servers.

If you encounter the same issue, try restarting your internet router or connecting with a different internet source, such as mobile data.

Additionally, please send us the Simlink log files, which can be found in the %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.

Feel free to reach out if you experience any issues with Navigraph products.

Thank you!
