This is the file that Simlink relies on in order to determine the latest version of the application. Your logs show that you are either unable to reach this URL, or that it is returning old information.
What I find strange is that if right now I download the Simlink installer that i find on Navigraph website and launch it, the version that appear is .1902 and NOT the .1912 as suggested by Simlink when advising that there is an update… How that could be ?
Same problem here, after a clean install I keep receving a message that an update is available ( the .1912 version), but after updating I am still on version 1902.
Attached is a picture of the first screen that appear after downloading the latest SimLink file from your website. You can clearly see that it say 1.1.39.1902 and NOT .1912. https://ibb.co/v64rYjYv
1.1.39.1902 is the latest version. There is something weird going on with your network setups that results in Simlink believing that the previous version (1.1.37.1912) is the latest.
Compare these two versions, and you’ll see which is the more recent:
1.1.37.1912 1.1.39.1902
Note that the first is 37 and the other is 39 - the last one is newer.
Is there a way to completely and fully remove anything related to SimLink ? This way I can try to restart the PC after doing it and see if a “new” fresh install will solve this issue ?
I also have Navigraph Charts, HUB and FMS Data manager installed. Could they maybe influence something in regard to this issue ?
