Sorry, no …
Same to me also with new version 1912
Hi,
Please restart the system and install Simlink from the Navigraph
Please let us know if you still face the issue.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Vishal Ahir
Navigraph
Yes, I do …
I have absolutely no clue, but couldn’t give your update server some false information?
What ISP do you use? Do you by any chance have a Fritzbox?
This seems network-related. We have had issues with Fritzboxes specifically before (a long time ago now), hence the question.
Yes, FritzBox.
Had a remote session with Vishal Ahir and he said it should be fixed now.
(he could explain the technical stuff)
Meanwhile, there was no more update message and it shows correct latest version.
Thanks everyone and Vishal Ahir for the support!
Indeed, in your case it was a Fritzbox! Your logs indicated that Simlink was not able to reach the server that provides the update information, which caused some undefined behavior.
The error seems to be in name resolution: Basically, we tried to reach our servers using their name, but your network setup (pc, router, ISP) was unable to connect that name to an IP address, and the request failed. Since this is entirely out of our control, it could also be fixed at any time - which was the case for you this time!
Ahh ha ha …
Right just now, an update message came up!
Now it shows the “new” version 1.137.1912 again.
Just 5 minutes before, Vishal Ahir witnessed it, that everything was correct and correct latest version was shown.
And I did nothing …
@RedFlag Please try a different internet connection if possible! And please also answer these questions:
@Guenseli could you try restarting your router and PC?
Have you talked to Vishal Ahir?
he told me it will be fixed on your side …
However I can’t repeat what exactly the issue was.
Note, that I haven’t had any issues the last years until today
(and so far it isn’t a big issue for me - simlink works)
ok, will do …
see you in several minutes
HI @Guenseli ,
yes @skysail know all details.
can you please restart the network router and check it again?
No Fritzbox, ISP is Bluewin (Switzerland)
Please follow these steps:
- Press ⊞ Win + R
- Type
cmd.exe /K nslookup dl.navigraph-cdn.com - Press enter
Post the result and we’ll take a look!
ok, restarted …
shows now everything correct.
But we both know that this means nothing ![]()

Can you please send last updated log file.
