Since this afternoon (after 16 o`clock UTC) I can´t get any connection anymore with Navigraph using the P3DV5.3 PMDG EFB Navigraph Charts integration. Today before it worked fine. I have finished a saved flight from yesterday and charts where working today.
My EFB shows a “FAULT” message
I tried the following steps:
Restart EFB
Click Terminal Charts
LogIn prompt filled in and logged in, message was closed
EFB let me fill in the Airport Ident → Searched for EDDF or LFPO
Not in Database came bach
EFB Message FAULT stays as it is
Firewall is off, Antivirus is off. I have not changed anything since yesterday and this morning. My system time is synced and correct

I have found the following entrances in my PMDG EFB Log:

Those steps I have checked already. Clock is in sync, time is correct and restart efb I have done dozen times now.
PMDG pointed the finger in Navigraph direction. Chris said, due the posts at your end it’s probably an issue at Navigraph.
Prior this flight, early this morning, all went well. So the only change at my end was, stopping P3d, shut down P3d. Replan new flight and firing it up again. I even used the same plane and model.
Personally I think this is a connection error.
My Firewall is off and antivirus inactive. Also not changed these settings.
