Pmdg ngxu EFB Terminal charts connection error

Hello

after loading the aircraft i always get the message „Fault“ : Connection Error on Terminal Charts no Airport List „
after numerous attempts reloaded the efb aircfaft etc. im getting lil frustrated i dont know the issue if its mavigraph or pmdg related ?

Welcome.

A long shot - please install Internet Explorer 11. It doesn’t have to be default, just installed.

Ive downloades ie11 is still get this error sir

Hi Askin,

This might be an antivirus or firewall issue. Suggest disconnect as a test and if correct make AV exception.

Otherwise I would ask PMDG. It is likely an issue on your machine.
