PMDG EFB Terminal charts connection error

Hi all,

After numerous attempts, I keep receiving the following messages on the PMDG EFB.

“TERMINAL CHARTS CONNETION ERROR 01 (ARPTS LIST)”

And in search ident page on EFB “NOT IN DATABASE”

I have a valid account and have tried logging in and out of navigraph but keep getting the error, I can still use the PMDG 747/777/737 FMS as normal just not the EFB?. All other addons are ok .

Any advice is appreciated.

Welcome.

Can you please try installing Internet Explorer 11. No need for it to be default just make sure it is installed.

Ive tried this and even a new downloaded version IE11 and no joy :sleepy:

There are number of suggestions at NGXU EFB Connection Error - PMDG Simulations .

These include:

  1. Ensuring your computer clock is synchronised to current real time,
  2. From EFB System Page, selecting RESTART EFB

If no joy, I would try some of the other suggestions there.

I’ve tried all those suggestion at PMDG… I’m getting a little frustrated however will keep trying.
