Hi,
Charts/Simlink has been working perfectly for me for a long time now. Today I received a message that there was an update available so I did that but it will not launch " … cannot be opened". I re-installed directly from Navigraph with no luck. I also deleted everything including Charts and made a clean install of Charts. Still an error. Restarted (of course!). To my knowledge there have been no other updates to system software etc. MacOS Big Sur 11.7.6, 27" iMac. X-plane 11.5. Suggestions welcome. Thank you!

Hi,
It was issued with the Simlink configuration.
To fix just follow these troubleshooting points.
- If you install the Simlink on macOS .
- if you install the Simlink on Windows .
Please let us know if the issue is fixed or not.

Sorry - replied in a different thread by mistake. Still not working - still getting the “cannot be opened” message. Please see comment below - apologies for double post.
Thank you. I have deleted the Navigraph Folder from /Library/Application Support/. I can’t login to Simlink since it still won’t launch.
