Navigraph HUB not detecting Addons

Hi,

Just purchased a month subscription and installed navigraph Hub. When loaded it only detects MSFS (steam version) but no other addons. I’m trying to update Fenix 320 specifically but can’t find a way to do so. What am I missing?

The community folder is in C:\Flight Simulator\Community and shows that navigraph installed a few things there.

Thank you

Hello Gustavo! Welcome to the forum!

I just wanted to let you know that we have seen this post and that we will do some investigations into this ASAP. I have added some additional logging to your account, so please give it another try now so that we can see if there is something obvious going on!

I see that you have your community folder in a non-standard location that is known to cause permission issues, so it is likely related to that. You should check out this thread:

Hi Malte,

I’ve just checked and the Community folder was lacking permissions for my user.
However, I’ve changed that and it’s still not working.

Alright, now try to do the same for the Fenix directory (C:\ProgramData\Fenix) too!

There needs to be a Navdata folder in that directory, as far as I can tell.

Done but stil doesn’t work. The navdata folder is there though.

It looks like your ProgramData is in a non-standard and unsupported location, as per Fenix themselves.

We can’t and won’t support this setup, but perhaps there is a workaround for you! Could you try using a symlink to put the ProgramData directory in the correct place (under the C drive)? That would probably fix the issue!

To do this, please follow the steps that match your situation below!

No ProgramData directory on the C drive

  1. Press Win ⊞ to bring up the search menu, type cmd and press enter
  2. In the command prompt that appears, type the following:
mklink /J C:\ProgramData H:\ProgramData

ProgramData exists on the C drive, without Fenix directory

  1. Press Win ⊞ to bring up the search menu, type cmd and press enter
  2. In the command prompt that appears, type the following:
mklink /J C:\ProgramData\Fenix H:\ProgramData\Fenix

Let me know if that helps or if you need any clarifications!

Kind Regards,
Malte

Ok that might work. Can’t do it until a few days but will let you know as soon as I can.

Sorry, accidentally closed this topic. Please do keep us updated!

It worked using:

mklink /J C:\ProgramData\Fenix H:\ProgramData\Fenix

Marked as solved.

Thank you so much! :
