hello… im having some problem with navigraph hub, when i click on “instal” for adding the new navdata the button says installing and after 1 second it returns to instal without completing the installation process

Trying disabling your antivirus and firewall, download and install latest Navigraph Hub. If still an issue, try connecting to the internet through a mobile hotspot

first thank you for helping me, but none of these methods worked for me…
by the way i noticed that i had this problem since i installed msfs 2020 addons linker but i dont think that i moved the community folder, i verified the location and its correct
Please remove Addon Linker and try again.

We briefly had this problem yesterday because of a bug in the navdata package on our side. I am not sure exactly what is going on but even if you did this before just try to remove the Hub completely using add/remove programs, and install it again. Please report back if this made any difference and if not we will dig deeper on our end.

Any updates on this support request? I am experiencing the same issue but with MSFS2024. I did fully unistall the software, restart my pc, then reinstall the software.
still nothing i hope there will be a fix for this…

Also following up on this. I can provide any debug data needed. I have also confirmed my firewall is not interfering with this.

Please uninstall your current Hub through add/remove-programs. Then install this version and try again:

I have the same problem. Clicking on each package in the Hub says that it is installing and I see them in the community folder for MFSF2024. But in the game clicking on the Apps tab in the EFB they do not show.
I have removed and installed the Hub but this does not fix the problem.
