Everything slow today?

desktop (windows), ios, and browser. just been really slow all day? its not just me right?

Given yours is the only report, I would look at your Internet connection or local issue.
Try resetting your router.
Also try connecting via a Hotspot on your mobile.

tried, didn’t seem to help. its been doing this since this morning. the world map/enroute layers work perfectly fine, but loading individual terminal procedures can take like 30-45 sec each.

on mobile it does seem better so its probably something with my isp (comcast)

Yes, the fact it is better on mobile suggests your ISP is the issue. Suggest a call to them.

Having the same issues. Very slow today. Charts are not working - I waited minutes to load charts for KATL and it just doesn’t load.

I’m on a 1 Gbps fiber connection from Bell Canada and have never had issues before. Everything else is fast - speedtests, fast.com - all report full speeds. Browsing other sites is just fine. Downloading is just fine. It’s just Navigraph that is slow.

And it’s slow on all my devices.

Edit: tried connection via my phone tethering (5G), and no difference. It’s like there are server issues pulling the charts.

Same exact issue here. Fiber gigabit internet as well.

Yes, same issue. Charts will not load on desktop (Spectrum) or mobile (ATT 5G). Even logging in here took a few minutes to load.

I also had an issue where the Hondajet could not load charts. Additionally the iFly 737 Max was unable to pull the flightplan from Simbrief.

I’m having the same problems right now. I’m on Frontier fiber with gigabit plan in Florida and for some reason, everything Navigraph related is either really slow or won’t load on my PC or iPad. I had to switch over to Verizon mobile just to post this. It’s strange that no other websites or services seem to be affected for me but the Navigraph app and website is. Very strange.

Running tracert there are a number of timeouts on the way to cloudfront

I have the same problem here. My internet is perfectly fine and the speed is fine. The only problem is the Navigraph chart. It is also slow on the EFB chart in the game.

I also have the same issue. I’m in Korea and using iOS app for Charts. Loading the one of chart? It takes half an hours.

Hello @here!

Our servers are showing business as usual. Response times for the servers in question for this topic are averaging between 4 and 500 milliseconds at the moment.

In cases like these, the issues are usually ISP-related. The traceroute posted here earlier seems to point in this direction. Please let us know what ISP you have so we can see if there is any common pattern! Some of you have already done so.

It could also come down to Amazon doing maintenance and accidentally breaking something, but that is extremely unlikely. In any case, the systems that we have control over are all operating normally!

Kind Regards,
Malte

definitely worse today. before it was just slow, now it wont load a chart at all.

still seems weird that the world/enroute map works perfectly fine tho..

and just like that it seems like its resolved itself. back to normal here.

edit: spoke too soon. its acting up again. oh well at least i know its not just me now.

Yup there are definitely issues with Charts this morning, it’s either extremely slow, meaning minutes to update the screen, or it almost seems like it is hanging. It’s not on my end as all internet testing shows perfect connectivity with everything else.

Also saw an anomaly with SimBrief, went to set up a flight from EGNT to DABC, and for Route it just had ‘DCT’, no actual route was calculated.

My ISP is Sparklight. Still some 20 hours later I am experiencing the same issues. Everything else on my Network is working fine.

Same here. Tried to reinstall thinking that was the problem now I can’t even get the login page for sim link to load. On Verizon FIOS 1Gig. We like this since last night for me. First it was slow to losd, now navigraph charts can’t even import the sim brief FP to display on world map. This is definitely NOT an end user issue as one of the staff originally posted.

I don’t think so either. I am very confident that it is not a Navigraph issue either, though!

Thank you for the reports, everyone! I am not sure what the common denominator is; it seems like there are many different ISPs involved. I am by no means a network engineer and thus cannot tell you exactly where the issue lies. All I can say is that from our side, we are responding just as quickly as usual to incoming requests.

SimBrief is on a completely different platform, separated geographically by several thousand miles and hosted by a different provider. The only shared part between the two would likely be the DNS provider, but it is not hosted by us but rather managed by AWS (Amazon).

Do you all have the same issues with SimBrief as well?

I’m having the same issue…Everything is slow to load. Importing a simbrief flight plan takes a long time. Once loaded, trying to open any chart takes a few minutes to load. If I go to airports and try and load any charts there, same amount of time. This is happening across my desktop app, iPad app and within aircraft that use Navigraph. All apps are up to date. Tried rebooting my router, signing out and back in but no luck. Started yesterday, and continues today. I’m in the US, California if that matters…
