I am finding the Navigraph charts app to be running and updating extremely slowly this morning.
[10:39]
Having to restart and reimport the flight plan several times to get it to display.
I am flying 2024 with the PMDG 777 200. The app is running across the network on two PCs running Windows 10. Flight sim on Windows 11.
We are not seeing any sort of slowdowns from our perspective - our servers are responding just as quickly as they usually do. We also canât see any performance degradation when testing our apps.
We did have a cycle release this morning, so we take this report seriously. Are you still having a slow experience?
Same here - flightplan only loads if i select âoptionsâ then go back to âgeneralâ in the charts app, which doesnât seem a âyour endâ kinda issue.
Olaf also mentioned that it was running normally after a restart. All our metrics show that our systems are operating normally.
During cycle releases, our APIs remove their previously populated caches to ensure that fresh navigation data can be delivered in their place. This would cause a short period of longer-than-usual requests, but this is barely visible in our statistics when it comes to delays.
Please do let us know when you have had a chance to try it!
It seems that after clearing all flight in the MACOS version, now the Mac seems to work correctly. But Windows 11 version NOT working. It works fine if I start Web version in Chrome. If I open in Edge doesnât work. Is there a cache or something that need to be cleared ?
I now also have your logs, and a quick look tells me that this is not a network issue but rather one of our APIs occasionally acting up - which would explain why we are not able to reproduce it thus far.
Apologies for the inconvenience. Weâre looking into it right now!
Update: This seems related to the cycle switch. We have rolled back this specific API (responsible for routing and route validation) to cycle 2504, and we have positive indications so far.
Weâll dig deeper to find the real source of the issue and keep you guys posted!
Yes, I can confirm this problems. During past days it was just sloow, now trying to change something in a flight plan gives the âSomething went wrong!â message. Neither the windows program nor the web app seem to work.
Tnx.
We are still unable to reproduce the issue, but a quick look at our servers tells us that the problem from last week is no longer occurring. Are you still having this issue? Of course, it could be something else.
