Deconexion after a quarter of an hour of use

Hello, since I renewed my subscription, after a quarter of an hour of use NAVIGRAPH is cut off! every time I use it! Can you find a solution for me? Thanks

Do you mean the Moving Map ceases to move, or do the Charts close down?
Are you using Charts Desktop or Charts Cloud?
On Windows or macOS?
What has changed on your system since this wasn’t a problem?

You implied it was working till your renewed your subscription. Did you change anything else - Windows Update, Antivirus update, new software etc?

Please advise if the same behaviour occurs using https://charts.navigraph.com/

Can you please check the below points for moving map functionality?

  1. Make sure the Navigraph Simlink application runs with Navigraph user login.
  2. In Navigraph Charts and Simlink application login with the same user.
