I’ve got a Navigraph subrscription and I’m signed in. When I go into Charts and try to execute the moving map it says simlink isn’t connected but it is. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled and still get the same thing. Anyone have any idea what I’m doing wrong or how to fix. Thanks

Are you positive that you are signed in with the same user in both Simlink and charts? And are you also sure that Simlink reports Broadcasted flight data to server successfully?
