Hello
Just installed Navigraph charts in-game panel but when I try to enable moving map I see the message at the bottom of the map “Unable to connect to simulator”. Desktop app stopped working either.
Also, is it possible to remember my charts sign-in? I have to sign to charts entering the code all the time. Thanks
Hi,
The login issue is something we are looking at, and we’ll try to resolve this even given the limitations of MSFS ingame panels.
Moving maps should work. Are you sure you are using the same account in Simlink and in the MSFS Charts panel? Check Settings in both apps.
If still doesn’t work, please upload a screenshot of your Simlink Status window (with sim running). Status is accessible from the Simlink tray icon.
Regards,
Stephen
Looks like it is working now. I had to reboot the PC several times. Not sure what was the problem. Thanks for help.
I had this same issue. Just in case this is helpful to someone, I had to log out of simlink and log back in and then the in game panel could connect and show moving maps.

First of all I would like to say, this in-game panel is a fantastic new feature. I was looking forward to this since a while and I love it so much.
I have the same issue with disconnecting simlink. It happens during a flight, after a random time (sometimes minutes, sometimes hours) that the charts panel is not able to connect to simlink anymore. Once this happened, also the standalone navigraph charts app will not connect to the sim. I had to manually restart simlink to fix it.
Looks like there is some sort of either conflict between these two charts or something has changed after in game chart installation. I hope it will be fixed.
It also happens when I only use the in-game panel. I will try to find some hints in the logfiles.
Hi,
Does this still happen, randomly disconnecting moving maps in the in-game panel? We issued a fix two days ago that should greatly improve the stability.

Stephen
I am still exploring where to find download links. Where can I find fix installation link? Thanks
The fix was on the server side so there is nothing to download.
So far charts are working. The only inconvenience I noticed was when charts are minimized (not closed) and then maximized again charts reverts to map view and selected airport chart view is lost. I have to start over. Very inconvenient during preflight flow. You have select airport charts over and over again.
Hi,
This is resolved with v0.4 released today. Please see Release Notes - Navigraph Charts In-Game Panel for MSFS
Check Navdata Center for the latest update!

Working good now. No disconnections.
Happy to hear that!
Stephen
I can confirm, no disconnects anymore. Thanks
Hi,
My in game Navigraph Charts works fine in 2D MSFS mode however there does not appear to be the usual Toolbar when in VR. Flying the Just Flight Arrow it is not on their EFB. Can someone please let me know the secret key combo to get the Navigraph Charts to show up in VR please?
Cheers
Peter
Hi,
It should appear in the usual toolbar also in VR. Please have another look!
Regards,
Stephen
Sorted. I had to set a key to bring up the toolbar in VR using the Options menu. Very pleased with the result. You done well.
Glad you found it and like it!
Stephen
Hi Stephen,
I just invested in the Vive Pro 2 VR headset. After setting it up in Steam and the Vive console I I did another flight in the Piper Arrow. When I brought up the toolbar and selected Navigraph charts the chart screen appeared stuck in front of my view. ie as I turned my head the chart screen moved too. I cant do anything with it such as moving it to a convenient place or zoom in or out. No idea why it would suddenly do this. I did the usual sign in stuff from outside of VR first.
Can you help get me back on track please?
Peter
