Navigraph issue

Hello, please your support, i have navigraph account and i’m suffering since more than one month due to chart program is disconnecting every time even the airport charts are not opening.

please need urgent support to find solution.

Which Chart app are you using? Desktop, Cloud (browser), iPad or Android app?

Ok. So what is happening exactly? You start the app, and you login, and then what? Are you not able to do anything, you are immediately logged out?

Could you perhaps upload a few screenshot or a video explaining the issue?

Could you also try https://charts.navigraph.com and see if it works differently.
