After failed update to default X-Plane 11 using current downloader app, I attempted the manual install, while in the FMC has correct date but it still says data out of date. This message seen on default x-plane files, and B777 and Zibo all have same out of date in FMC but correct date.
Please advise.

Please can you post a screenshot of this correct “date”? I am unsure what you mean by that - do you mean the correct AIRAC cycle 2412?
Therefore, please send a screenshot of one of the FMCs where we see this correct date and an “out of date” message.

I only manually download 2 days ago, but see the date is Nov 2024, since I havent had a valid subscription for months until a few days ago I assumed the date correct, apparently recent download is not correct.

Thank you - no, the files are not updated, and you see this also on your ident page:
It´s still AIRAC 2411; therefore, the correct message is “Nav data out of date.”
You wrote that you downloaded and installed the data manually. Which package have you downloaded? And which is your XP12-root path?

Well thats what downloaded from Navigraph, I didnt have subscription last month!
Both installations in separate folders in steam/common
You now have a valid subscription. So, please let me know which package you downloaded exactly—the name, please.
Also, you set the XP12 root path during the installation. Can you confirm that? Please provide your XP12 Root path.

It looks good and ok … can you open the cycle_info.txt file, please (it´s a simple text file, so you can use notepad or similar). What AIRAC cycle do you see in this file?

Yep, looks ok - as I have thought …
Can you confirm that you have only one XP11 installation?
Also, can you test the stock Boeing 737 and look at the ident page from this FMC? Is the cycle number here correct?

MD82 and B747 have correct data
Does zibo mod have its own nav data, I dont see any?
I have had X-Plane installed before in other location, but this is a recent install.
Is the date on your system set correctly? Possibly a silly question … sorry!
