I have downloaded the current AIRAC 2013 with navigraph FMS Data manager but there were no DAT files in the download as were in the AIRAC 2012 for me to put in X plane 11 custom data file. I suspect this caused my FMS to still read DATA OUT OF DATE. How can I fix this ???

Welcome to our new forum.
In latest FMS Data Manager Settings tab make sure the path for X-Plane is correct. If necessary navigate to where your X-Plane.exe is located.
In Addon Mappings , delete any X-Plane and X-Plane addon entries. Press Scan and you should see entries for X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 11 addons.
Press Save
In Addon List download as needed.

Thank you Ian I did exactly what you said and the problem is fix now…It was frustrating trying to figure it out on my own but I am so happy now. I will have to remember these steps now for the next cycle… thanks again awesome work to you Ian.
