Cheers,

I checked the FMS app settings, its scan found the directory structure of x-Plane 11 on a different drive that wasnt used, thats where the data was downloaded, but correcting the path problem and attempting the download again, however this issue still exists.
The scan failed to detect the Ramzzess B777-200LR v1 or the Zibomod, do these I know the B777 has its own data, dont know about the Zibo mod. So thats a question does the Zibo mod use special nav data like the flight plans for Zibo?
Proposed this issue on X-plane forum, someone responded that the download path for the FMS should be in the x-plane custom data folder mine was pointed to a Navigraph folder in programs.
Looking in FMC on the 777 it says model 777.200.2 is this correct for
version1 of 777-200LR?
So frustrating time consuming maybe VOR more fun.
Zibo doesnt have own data so where is airac2411 coming from?
Seems like the installer should ask user to confirm path of installation, or click ok to continue with path it found. The installer used the path to x-plane on drive F, not the one with Steam on drive C.
Therefore, this question ⦠so you have multiple installations on your system. The installer doesnĀ“t know which version you want to update - so there canĀ“t be an automatism for such situations ā¦
Cheers,
Richard
No not two installations, one installation and a previous nonfunctional directory tree on a different drive.
All that is necessary is after a scan for existing apps is user to confirm the path, instead of buried in a menu somewhere.
This is an obvious relatively common occurrence,
Certainly Windows knows exactly where the current installation is, as seen in screenshot.
However this is irrelevant as even the manual install fails both on the Zibo mod and the 777,and this was the original post, regrding manual install not the FMS app
Searched my entire computer for cycle_info.txt file, and can verify looking at file preview, there is no airac 2411 on my computer, so where does that info come from?
After reinstalling the 777 I checked the cycle_info file it said Airac 2012, checked the custom data/GNS430 folder it was 2012. Downloaded the FF 777 zip and put it in the GNS430 folder ran it again, still said Airac 2012, but 2412 now in that folder so x-plane not reading from there. Copied the same nav data to the data folder within the 777 folder, ran it again now it says Airac 2412, but it is still out of date.
After reloading everything and nothing changed I can only assume this is a Navigraph problem they dont want to admit to, searching the forum for solutions, I see this has happened before. Thanks for your help!
You understand that I wont be renewing my subscription.
I also, sought advice on x-plane forum, and linked the problem to this post.
They also seemed to think this to be a Navigraph issue not X-plane
Hi,
When your reference is this link from the X-Plane forum, please show me where you see that someone seems that this is a Navigraph issue. I can“t find anything.
Why have you only seen this issue when it is a general issue on our side?! So, please stop blaming usāwe try to help you as much as we can.
I have lost the overview here. This is a short summary of what I know and/or what I read out of all your postings:
- you are using XP11 (installed on
C:\StreamLibrary\steamapps\common\X-Plane 11
) - you have only one installation of XP11
- you want to update the FlightFactor B777 (I assume you mean v2 = version 2)
- you want to update the Zibo B737 (I assume you have the latest version installed)
- you want to do the updates by yourself via the manual installer
Before I continue, please confirm this summary. A short YES or NO is enough. When NO, please add/change what I haven“t understood correctly.
Here from the XP11 ZIBO 737 4.00rc5_7 - correct cycle/date, no āoutdated navdataā message:
Manual dataset: X-Plane 11 (11.50+)
Data location:
<xp11-root>\Custom Data
⦠and here from the Flight Factor B777v2 - correct cycle/date, no āoutdated navdataā message:
Manual dataset: FlightFactor Boeing 777v2
Data location:
<xp-11-root>\Custom Data\STSFF\nav-data\ndbl\data
So, it“s a configuration issue on your side, not a Navigraph issue.
Thank you,
Richard

- correct
- correct
- dont know what version not latest, but dont know where to look but purchased 10/30/2017 version 1.11.4 from popup
- dont know what version, from a backup, probably not latest dont know release v3. 43 from in plane ipad
- dont care, just want it to work
Does navigraph nav data only work with latest version of everything?
No - as long as the data structure between the different versions is the same. But sometimes, versions are buggy, so it is highly recommended to use the latest version.

Richard
So, I have installed the B777 Worldliner Professional - thatās your exact version, and I also get this issue. I have tested a few things now, and IĀ“m 100% sure this ānavdata out of dateā message is a bug in this old version.
I would also explain why I“m so sure:
The āB777 Worldliner Professionalā uses the following data folder <XP11-root>Custom Data\GNS430
⦠these data will also be used, i.e., from the FlightFactor 757 or 767, and in both aircraft, you donĀ“t get this message. Again, using/sharing the same folder and the same files ā¦
⦠from the XP11 FlightFactor B767:
So, itĀ“s a bug in the B777 add-on, and there is nothing to do with the data itself. So please report this to FlightFactor, but due to the old addon, IĀ“m not sure if they will fix it ⦠with version 2, it doesnĀ“t happen, but this version also needs another dataset, so itās not really comparable (see my screenshot above - because this was from the B777v2)

Richard
