Wrong SID designator on new GTQ2Q departure from ELLX

In the latest AIRAC the GTQ1Q has been changed to the GTQ2Q departure. It appears that the route has been updated in the navigation data and on the chart, but the departure is still labeled GTQ1Q on both.

Could you please clarify in which simulator and addon you see the GTQ1Q departure? I would appreciate more information and a screenshot if possible.

I see it (GTQ1Q) in all the databases I checked from Navigraph cycle 2503.

This is known/expected; there is a Jeppesen alert about this:
