Conflicting data - simbrief and navdata

I made a simbrief flightplan from ESGG with departure from rwy 21. Simbrief says SID SABAK 3J as depature route.

Navdata 2103, there are no SABAK 3J departure from rwy 21. In Navdata 2103 only SABAK 2J is available. But it should be SABAK 3J according to SimBrief.

Is this SimBrief error or NavData error?

For which Addon and which FS? I show SABAK 3J SID at ESGG for all FS’s and Addons I have tested.
