Hi Mats,
We only have the latest AIRAC cycle data on the servers.
Did you mean previous version of the Charts Desktop app?
Which app(s) is causing an issue? Can we assist?
Cheers
Ian
Sorry, I mean the Charts Desktop app. Or actually access to Navigraph when logged in there thru the Charts Desktop app.
There might, only might be a problem(started recently) for QualityWIngs 787 to access Navigraph’s charts from the EFB functionality . So I would like to clarify if it’s about your last versionchange or not, that’s the only thing that’s been changed lately on “both sides”. Maybe a change in a potential API?
Mats
Hi Mats,
The QW 787 uses our API, not Charts Desktop. So I don’t think reverting to an older Charts Desktop would affect things.
Check you have the latest QW version. What is the issue you have with Charts and EFB? Which FS?
Cheers
Ian
Hi
Then maybe there is a new version of the API together with the Charts app?
Regarding 787 I’m running the latest version and so do others with the same problem?
The issue is that as soon as you click on the Navigraph button in the EFB the FSX crashes.
Here a thread on the QW forum, so far not answered by QW

The issue is identified as a QW using an old token. Deleting the qwnvgsettings.ini file and letting the next call to Navigraph recreate it is the solution.
Thanks for the help here
Mats
Hi Mats,
You are welcome.
Glad it is resolved.
Happy flying
