Updating DATA MANAGER

I have a current subscription and have just tried to update my apps in the FMS DATA MANAGER but am told I do not have access to the data manager.
please advise

Hi Donald,

Welcome.

You appear to have two accounts. Make sure you are logged in to the account with the subscription.
To avoid confusion, I suggest you delete the account without the subscription.

So that I do not get more confused, is it possible that you could delete the account that has no subscription?
I would be grateful if you could do that for me.

We shall try to do that when our account staff resume.

In the meantime, in FMS Data Manager Settings try Unregistering you account,

Then uninstall FMS Data Manager,download and install latest FMS Data Manager

If still an issue you can use FMS Manual Installs

I have unregistered my account. and uninstalled FMS DATA MANAGER.
Installed the latest FMS DATA MANAGER but when asked to login, it will
not accept my details!
anyway, I will install manually in the future…it’s less hassle
