FMS data Manager doesn't recognize my subscription

I am a continuous long time monthly subscription user but I received a notice saying that my subscription is expired. I opened a new account and paid for a monthly subscription. FMS Data Manager says “I don’t have access to FMS Data” and asks me to purchase a subscription. What’s up with that?



You have two accounts. You are likely logging in to the account without subscription.

In the latest version of FMS Data Manager, in Settings, Unregister Account. Then login with your outlook email account.

To avoid confusion , we recommend you log into and delete your non subscription account.
