Not able to access FMS data

I created an account with my email address and purchased an Ultimate subscription. My account indicates I have 2106 and it is ACTIVE. I had download the FMS Data Manager and when I open it finds 3 items. And when I try to UPDATE these items I get the message “You don’t have access to FMS Data. Would you like…”
Incidentally my Account Name Bill Schachow does not show 2106 beside it.

Welcome.

Check you are logging in with correct username and password.

You could restart afresh:

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall.

Please use Windows Programs and Features exactly as under .to uninstall FMS Data Manager.

If they exist, please delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Please download and install latest FMS Data Manager .

If still no joy, please send an email to account@navigraph.com .

I had Account problems. Once I had this fixed I downloaded the latest copy of FMS Data Managers and all my simulators are now UPDATED!!!
