Upated Navdata Center - Cannot Login

Hi,

I opened the Navdata Center and was prompted to update. Once the update was complete, I opened and clicked the “Sign in” button. After logging in I was redirected back to the app and keep getting a “Access Denied. This application requires an active Navigraph Subscription” error.

I have tried a different browser. I have tried removing and reinstalling the Navadata Center… nothing seems to work.

Any advice to fix this issue?

Welcome.

In case you have more than one account, check you are logged in with correct details for account with Subscription.

Otherwise I suggest reinstalling as per instructions at Release notes - Navigraph Navdata Center

Make sure you restart Windows after install.
