Unable to sign in to Navdata

Good day, as others have posted here I have done everything I can think of to get the Navdata to work. It will not allow me to sign in - it just sits on the sign in screen.

Welcome.

Are you trying to log in to the latest version of Navigraph Navdata Center?
As a test please try changing your default browser to Chrome and restart machine

Please post a screenshot of the login screen as the problem occurs using Guide to posting Screenshots.
