Access Denied

Hello, It’s me once again.
I just started having a problem today with the Navigraph NavData center, where it doesn’t recognize that I have an active subscription. It says this when I sigh in:

“ACCESS DENIED. This application requires an active Navigraph Subscription”

My subscription IS active until the 28th of December 2022. What can be done to fix this issue?
