Can't Log In, Access Denied

Whenever I open the Navdata Center application, it keeps me on the screen saying I am not logged in and access is denied (see image below). When I click “Sign In” and log in on my web browser, it asks me to open the app again, which I do, but nothing happens and it stays on this screen.

Please use windows to uninstall Navigraph Navdata Center, redownload and install latest Navigraph Navdata Center.

Any improvement?
