Been having this trouble since the most recent AIRAC update. I’m unable to log into the FMS Data Manager anymore. It will say determining account status forever when I’ve clicked “log in.” Have tried re-installing the app as well as trying to log into the app with firewalls and windows defender disabled. Any suggestions?

Welcome.
Check you have your Windows time synched to local time.
If still an issue, I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below :
Please disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.
Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:
- Press Start and open Apps & Features.
- On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
- Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.
If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph.
Download and install latest FMS Data Manager to the default location.
Restart machine

Just tried these steps now without success
Please try mouse right click run as Administrator FMS Data Manager.
Please show screenshots of error message showing what is running using Guide to posting Screenshots

Please upload latest log from c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient\logs.
It seems like a network issue. Have you changed anything in your Router recently?
Can you try another connection to the internet, say using iPhone hotspot?
Can you download manually using Manual Downloads?

I haven’t changed my router or anything in the last 8 months.
I was able to successfully log in and update using my iPhone’s internet connection.
How do I update the data manually? That might be something I could do going forward
