Hi Ian,
I have been having problems with the PMDG 777ER because there in no way to login to the Navigraph site on the EFB. I am paid up for an unlimited subscription but there is no way to link up on the EFB. Please advise.

Hello! Thanks for the feedback.
Please provide more details. What simulator are you using? You posted in a very old topic related to the P3D version, are you also using P3D?
Please also advise on what steps you have currently tried to sign in. If you are unsure where to even begin, there should be instructions in the manual that comes with the aircraft!
Kind Regards,
Malte
Dear Malte,
First off, my apologies for choosing the wrong simulator. I am using MSFS 2020 and all was okay before this. I tried to upload Navigraph via the link on the EFB for the PMDG 777 but the button there does not work. After repeated attempts I tried the reset button on the EFB and still nothing. I tried the PMDG 737-800, which also was working this weekend, and it went to cold and dark, which it was set for Taxi mode in the FMC. It may have went this way because I reset the EFB in the 777, who knows. Anyways, MSFS this weekend took sometime (longer) to load and I’m not sure why.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,
Greg
Thank you for the additional details!
If I understand you correctly, I’m afraid I can’t help you further. This is an issue with PMDG products, not Navigraph. Our servers are operating normally, and there have been no related changes on our side.
Please contact PMDG support for help! The EFB (and thus PMDGs code) is responsible for initiating the link to your Navigraph account. They have access to the EFB’s source code, which is necessary to understand your issue!
I’m sorry for not being able to help you fix the issue!
Kind Regards,
Malte
Thanks for your help, I will contact them.
Cheers,
Greg
Thanks for the reply. I have pulled the PMDG 777 out . I will try it again. and I will notify when that happens.
Paul
Dear Paul,
Download times have improved but I can’t get Simbrief to connect on PMDG’s 737 nor the 777, or any plane for that matter, including the Fenix
Airbuses.
I tried these on the preferences pages and it looks like the connection to Navigraph is made but no go.
Cheers,
Greg
Dear Paul,
The Fenix has come back and I can use the 737, but it won’t allow me to connect to Simbrief but it says and shows me it has!
Greg
Have you been in touch with PMDG?
As a first steps to troubleshoot this, make sure you are using the correct SimBrief username/id in the settings.
If you don’t have success with this, refer to the PMDG manual about these settings. Ultimately, I would also recommend contacting their support line if the problem continues.
Thanks
I haven’t contacted PMDG because starting out it looked like a Navigraph problem. And I followed all the questions with the settings but may be I should try PMDG first.
Cheers,
Greg
Hm, yes at this point it would be a good idea to get in touch with them.
Thanks Greg
