I’ve contacted PMDG support regarding this issue, but was ultimately redirected and instructed to “contact navigraph” regarding an issue where I’m unable to connect all of my PMDG products (all 737 variants and 77W) via the EFB and Navigraph. I’ve checked my ID, and it’s correct, so I’m not sure where the issue lies.
PMDG, or the single representative I spoke with, does not suspect it to be PMDG-sided problem. I have spent hours troubleshooting this issue, but can’t come up with a solution. Any help is appreciated
Hi, I was able to import your latest flight plan here just fine. Make sure your username is entered into the EFB settings the same as it is in my screenshot:
I found it a little wild that you were able to do this before I was, but I will also say, that even though I am NOT on Xbox, my physical keyboard still caused an issue with this. This is now resolved, thank you.
