Cannot connect PMDG EFB to Navigraph data

Cannot connect Navigraph data to PMDG EFB. When I open the EFB it shows a 'fault". I acknowledge the fault and restart the EFB. I’m prompted by PMDG to allow a connection with with my Navigraph account. I acknowledge the request and enter my Navigraph password with the user name identified. The EFB opens again with a “fault”.

Please advise. Thank you.
