PMDG EFB ...unable to connect efb to navigraph

can’t connect. I get a message :

TERMINAL CHARTS LOGIN: ERROR VALIDATING IDENTITY TOKO158

Suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks.

Navigraph will now not work with any aircraft EFB. What am i missing here? Thanks.

Hi…,

Welcome.

There are number of suggestions at NGXU EFB Connection Error - PMDG Simulations .

These include:

  1. Ensuring your computer clock is synchronised to current real time,
  2. From EFB System Page, selecting RESTART EFB

If no joy, I would try some of the other suggestions there.
