Hello, today I wanted to upgrade my membership, and on your site, it showed that I could upgrade to a monthly plan for 1.99 Euros. I shared this information with my friends and saw that different countries had different prices. Based on this, I proceeded with the upgrade, but instead of the displayed amount, the standard monthly fee of 9 Euros was charged. I am very curious about how you will explain this, and I am sharing the screenshots with you. I am considering taking this issue to other platforms as well.
It appears you had a Navdata subscription that you could transfer into an unlimited subscription. I assume the base cost of that subscription was 7.06 euro.
From my understanding, it added that 1.99 euro ONTO the existing 7.06 euro subscription by transferring. This is, by my understanding, completely reasonable and in no way shouts to me subscription fraud.
In conclusion, it appears to me the 1.99 was added onto your existing payment for the upgraded subscription.
