Double Charged for One Subscription

I clicked on the 9.05 Euro option to renew my subscription for a month with my usual payment method and it said the transaction failed. I then tried refreshing the page and clicking on renew again, with the same payment method and the site claimed it failed again. However I just checked my bank history and I have been charged twice by Navigraph, even though it said both transactions failed. I have now been charged for 2 months but the website and app both claim I do not have an active subscription. Help?
