Hi Marco,
this procedure can´t be coded, according the ARINC424 standard rules. The reason for that is the DME-ARC. The coding of AF legs require the Arc defining navaid needs to be a collocated VHF (means a VOR, VORDME, a VORTAC or a TACAN). In this case, according the AIP you see that the DME-ARC reference is the LOC-DME with the ident IKAS. So, not codeable - sorry.

Yes thats possible, because it could be that you use tailored records (ie. when the DME ARC referenced to the TNN VOR), but per default, according the AIP the reference is the LOC-DME and therefore it can´t be coded per standard rules.
