Hi, there’s star PORC1B is missing in FMS data for RCKH(Kaohsiung INTL)

I can confirm that this STAR is missing but I´m not sure about the reason. One reason could be due a WIP on runway 27, which makes the IAP RNP 27 suspended. The PORC1B reference due the DME ARC to the ILS ident IKAS which is the ILS ident for 27. So, I guess this is the reason why this procedure is excluded till mid of February 2022
