… and I don´t know what you mean … all STARs included, excluding PARPA1D and PORCH1B because these STARs can´t be coded due the missing VHF Navaid as reference for the DME arc.

Reference is only a DME, but for coding a DME arc (AF leg) you need a VHF navaid (VORDME, VORTAC or TACAN):
