Simlink don't work

hello,
my problem is that the simlink no longer works since yesterday. I’ve reinstalled it several times but I can’t log in. is this problem already known? or is there a solution?
Greetings Rudsch

Hi Rudsch,

In order for us to assist we need more information.

Please advise Operating System, Flight Sim, Addon all with versions.

What have you done so far and what is the issue?

Please provide screenshot using Guide to posting Screenshots
of Simlink status when FS is running as per the following:

Hi, sorry for the incomplete post.
my system: windows 10 home
my sim: MSFS 2020
I can’t connect to simlink. the charts and simbrief are accessible and work normally. Unfortunately, access to the simlink doesn’t work. Addons for the sim are normal, a few liverys and scenery for airports. I haven’t installed anything new either. Yesterday I could no longer connect. I have reinstalled Navigraph Charts and Simlink several times but only the charts work. no problem with that.

The authentication now takes about 60 minutes.

Hi,

Please review the following points:

  1. Ensure that the Simlink application can access the network and is not blocked by security apps like antivirus.
  2. If you are using VPN or Proxy settings, please disable them.
  3. Confirm that the default web browser is set in the system settings. We recommend using Google Chrome as your system default browser.
  4. Ensure that your system’s date, time, and timezone are synchronized with the internet and auto detect option is ON.
  5. If the issue persist, please send us the Simlink logs file located in %appdata%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.

Feel free to let us know if you encounter any issues with Simlink.

Hey y’all,

I got the same issue over here.

I am operating on Win 11 23H2 and the main sim is MSFS as well. Simlink is installed with Version 1.1.34.2901. I’ve attached todays log.
If I try to access the identity api URL provided in the log-file I get the default IIS Landing page, but this probably doesn’t mean anything.
Cheers Sebastian

Hello,

Please check your network settings, is there anything which can block the Simlink from accessing the Navigraph server?

Feel free to inform us about the issue.

Hi, thank you for the response. Saw the post yesterday where the issue came from the pihole. That was the issue for me as well. I wanted to dive a bit deeper into that as I did not have any blocked querys in the log. But disabling pihole for the sign in resolved the issue for me.
