Simlink not logging in/ Stuck on login

I am having the issue where Simlink was intermittently logging out. It is now stuck not being able to log in and stuck on the waiting for user authentication. I have tried all of the work arounds already posted of deleting folders and reinstalled several times. I have also disabled firewalls and made sure it is on the allow list. I have also tried using phone as a hotspot to rule out router issues.
This issue seems to have started with the latest update and also updating windows 11 to the latest update.
I have attached the log for reference.

Hi,

Thank you for the log file.
From the log it looks like Simlink is not able to connect with our Navigraph server. Can you please check windows settings about blocking the Simlink from the network.

I have checked on windows defender and have made sure simlink is allowed on both the outbound and inbound and this has not fixed the issue, it still can’t connect. I have also tried with the PC on my phone hotspot and this has also not fixed the issue.

It looks like it may have been a router issue combined with the windows firewall as I have now just been able to get it to connect after another reset.

Have issues on permanent disconnects from simlink … during approach phase very uncool.

Whats wrong again with your auth-servers?

I am experiencing the same issue. Simlink keeps disconnecting and then it has hard time to reauhtenticate again.

I have same problem, starts yesterday. And now simlink loose connection every 5 minutes.

I, too, am having this same issue. I’m on approach, too.

Same here. Simlink and Charts have both logged themselves out 6 times in the last 30 mins. Each time I have to log back into charts (browser), kill the Simlink process, restart Simlink and log into it again (and again, and again…)

Same issue. And just now Navigraph Charts got signed out.

Had no problems ever since last update of simlink. Maybe sth wrong with the new simlink version?

Can confirm all other posts, permanet log-off’s from simlink AND charts …
